波兰 · 捷克 · 匈牙利 COD 电商运营中台COD e-commerce operations platform for Poland, Czechia and Hungary
从零自建，覆盖投放、订单到素材的完整链路。四个模块，一套数据口径。 Built from scratch, covering the chain from ad spend to orders to creatives. Four modules, one set of numbers.
- 广告库采集 — 按关键词与地区持续抓取公开广告，沉淀成可检索的素材池。 Ad library collection — continuous crawling of public ads by keyword and region, stored as a searchable creative pool.
- 投放分析 — 花费、转化与素材表现放在同一张表里，异常能当天看出来。 Media buying analysis — spend, conversions and creative performance in one view, so anomalies surface the same day.
- 订单对账 — 平台单、物流单、COD 回款三方对齐，差额直接定位到单。 Order reconciliation — platform orders, shipping records and COD payouts matched three ways; every gap traces back to an order.
- 素材流水线 — 从原始素材到多语种成品，批量处理，人工只做终审。 Creative pipeline — from raw footage to multilingual deliverables in batches; humans only do final review.

Meta 广告库采集器Meta Ad Library Collector
按关键词与地区抓取公开广告，去重后入库，供选品和投放分析复用。调度、重试、增量更新都是自动的。 Crawls public ads by keyword and region, deduplicates and stores them for sourcing and media analysis. Scheduling, retries and incremental updates run unattended.
视频译制流水线Video Localization Pipeline
把一批原始素材加工成多语种版本：字幕、文案与导出串成一条流水线，减少重复劳动。 Turns raw footage into multilingual versions — subtitles, copy and export chained into a single pipeline to cut repetitive work.
